Ive had mine for over a yr now and have had no issues. Ive even taken it to a LAN party outside... If you keep it clean and take care of it like you should any electronics it should last. I know RROD is deffently a problem but atleast MS took care it and still is. I don't know to many who have computers that dont dust them out from time to time and since the new gen of consoles are pretty much mini computer they should be treated as such.

I would like more GTA4 type of missions instead of pick pocket here, over hear here, I did enjoy Assassin's Creed alot but started to get boring after the 10th time having to pick-pocket mission.

If anything the story is great. I does excell at telling a compeling prelud to FF7. You find yourself doing countless missions just to progress through the store, which isnt a bad thing by no means. The combat is simple, and they made it so when your on the go you can knock a mission or two with no problem. I enjoyed it.

Yeah, Im getting very disappointed with the quality of games that are coming besides the big ones. I bought myPSP thinking it was more for hardcore gamers on the go but it seems all the industry wants to do is port watered down PS2 games and they seem to be flocking to bring out games for the DS. Why do DS gamers get updated versions of Final Fantasys and we get straight up ports. (SIGH)

I currently own a PSP and a XBOX 360, out of the 2, I would personally choose the 360 any day of the week. For myself it comes down to the games. Im not pleased with the support the PSP has gotten from game devlopers beside the big name titles (Crisis Core, God of War, Patapon ) it's games are usually lack lust. I think as a portable its outstanding hardware, but the software hasn't impressed me. Now the 360 on the other hand Ive throughly enjoy it. From it's wide selection of titles, not just first party games like Halo or Gears of War, but some very enjoyable 3rd party titles like Mass Effect, Overlord, and Bioshock. With the 360, you have a pretty good online community on LIVE for some mulitiplayer action or download content or games. I for one am on a budget and there are plenty of older but fun games for it at reasonable prices. So when you pick, look at the games each offers and pick whats best for you.
