I'm neither one nor the other really. I may have "tried" games without paying, but when I find one to be interesting and worthy (it's the same as going to a friends house to try it), I gladly buy it. I actually was LOOKING FORWARD to buying Diablo 3. Was a long time fan of the series, however, not anymore. They do this to themselves. Fact is - DRM or not, game will be cracked, always-online will be overcome. Perhaps 5 % of all pirates will now buy the game only because the crack, I'm guessing, will be harder to apply that the usual change of the .exe file. Is that 5% of pirates worth the hassle it creates for millions of paying customers? You tell me, You're one of them.

@cirugo @Ninjaboey Probably because Diablo gives no other option, and I assume that for most people it is a singleplayer game.

Well I can help you there - begin at searching torrent sites.Although, You won't find anything there yet, but eventually...Also, officially I do not endorse pirating games, it is despicable, especially such games as Diablo 3 which provide the best customer service and care and are not hindered by stupid decisions to implement DRM.:D
