The only games I've played in that catergory would be the God of Wars series, which deals with Greek Mythology. They are just amazing (yet extremely gory)games.

i recently got a free ps2 slim from someone and decided to buy a new control since my old one had a problem. it was a wired one and the analog sticks keep acting weird (would make whoever im playing as run around in circles or w/e).i bought a wireless thinking that will eliminate the problem since my theory was : if the wire on the wired controll gets damaged somehow the analog malfunctions.

no problems so far but i've only had it for a while..its a madcat mini wireless. am i wrong about the analog problem? can it happen to wireless controls also?

It all depends on the quality of the wireless controller, I have two mini EA Sports wireless controllers and they have the same problem, but once I spin the analog sticks a couple times they work fine. And I believe if you wrap your wired PS2 controllers too much something breaks in the cable, as this also happened to my wired DualShock2.

the Guitar Hero games are a lot of fun (me and my friends get REAL competitive when it comes to GH) and Killzone can be fun too.

So if my laser is getting old, should I send it in to get fixed or just buy a new PS2 altogether?

Tie between the God of War series and Shadow of the Colossus, both of which have simply AMAZING storylines, even though they're all kinda short.

It's been constantly happening but just started today, oh, and I've never dropped it or anything like that either... (just in case you need to know)

While I was playing my PS2 today it began to make an unsettling clicking noise when doing any little interaction with any game I was playing, which makes me wonder; is this the end of my PS2? Any advice is appreciated.

FYI: I don't have the kind of money for a PS3, so that's out of the question.
