Hello everybody. I was wondering if anybody could tell me if there is a game or a game coming out like this description.

You are the main character, but can control an army like actually,

not so much like the inquisition. I mean control from guards collecting peasants to guards attacking cities while your in the battle with them. Example like game of thrones Danoris targayan and her armies. Could be medieval or what ever age time.
