No, you get them new, just at the price of a used Xbox360 version. My point is that if the new consoles are just going to this "no used games, always online method", why not just the PC way? and please dont go the "PC's are too expensive" route. A mid ranged PC that is still way more powerfull that these Next GEN consoles are still pretty cheap.

LOL, this Editor works in NYC so obviously he's a little out-of-touch.

If the new consoles were dlc only they would have to put in huge hard drives which still cost major $$$ and assume everyone just happens to have 50Meg internet connections. There would be no trading, no used game market etc.

If they made consoles that way there would be NO reason not to just get a PC for gaming. (and I don't want to hear it about PC's costing so much, you are talking $400-$600 for something half way decent.)

...and you would save a hell of a lot on the games in the long run,,, "just sayin"

It's not needed. PC games are so lowest common d now for publishers to sell on consoles that a freakin $125 card will run new games on high settings just fine.

Have an Ipad Gen1 and a Vita. When Apple or a third party get a controller add-on that works well and is supported as a standard then I will buy into the gen 3' 4' 5's or whatever. Otherwise they can boast screen resolution and cpu specs all they want. It's still and iPad and that's fine but for hardcore games? Well this other system from Sony just is in another league.
