@0m39AX: Thank you for saying this. I don't like to hate on things that other people really like because I know they don't want to hear it. I still honestly can't understand how Uncharted is so highly rated or adored. I played through the first one and half of the second but just couldn't finish it. The good parts are the acting and animations and the graphics for the time. It should just be a movie or a TV series. I also didn't like Last of Us. Played it for like 5 or 6 hours, telling myself it had to get better because everyone loved it, but it never did. On the other hand I loved the Tomb Raider reboot. I like Lara a lot more than Nathan. Nathan's constant joke-cracking is annoying and really takes me out of the experience. Hard to play as a character you don't like.
@lonesamurai1: You can get a demo of the Nathan Drake Collection where you play a section of Uncharted 2. That should give you a pretty good idea of what to expect from all the games since they're all basically the same.
@evillec: I totally agree. I think Nathan is the reason I can't get into Uncharted games. I loved the Tomb Raider reboot and 3rd person games are my favorite kind, but Uncharted has never grabbed me.
@maitkarro: I guarantee most of the people that played on that server would have paid Blizzard $15 a month to play on it. Plus, people made friendships on that server, so it isn't just a matter of going somewhere else or being "no biggy."
@timmeh1333: I think "potentially" is the key word there. Most of the people on that server don't like what WoW is now and won't sub. They'll either stop playing or find a different server.
@hyru99: It was a progression server, meaning only the first raids were open at first. AQ was going to launch soon, then eventually Naxx. The devs were also working on a TBC server and we're going to allow you to copy your character over to it, or you could stay on Vanilla if you wanted. They were trying to recreate the progressive feel without forcing you to leave what you liked, and they were doing a bang-up job.
