Yeah I have already tried removing the GPU and moved the ram around, it makes the same noise regardless of whether the GPU is in or not.

I'm thinking it might be a motherboard problem :( Do local computer retailers (specialty shops) have ways to test individual components?

Hey guys I'm having a problem with my computer not booting up (or showing anything at all on the monitor even.)

The only thing I have to help me diagnose the problem is the beeps which the motherboard makes.

That is a recording of the beeping.. it sounds worrying to me but I'm not sure what the issue might be.

Thanks heaps :)

Hey guys I just saw this gpu appear on my PC component site just before and was wondering what the n in front of the gtx meant.

I'm just worried that this might be a cheaper, less powerful model of the gtx 570 as im buying my new gaming pc tomorrow.

Thanks :)

Thankyou for all the replies fellas, I think I'm going to go with the Coolermaster just due to it being fully modular :)

What worried me was I read someone saying on a forum that it required 38A on the 12V, is this right? Or is that for one card with the rest of the system load with it.

Hey fellas, I was just reading up alot on PSU requirements for the GTX 570 on SLI and am still unclear.

I'm building a SB rig in the next few weeks and the only part I'm stuck on is the PSU, I have a few ideas but am not sure if they'd be able to handle the GTX 570s in SLI.

Coolermaster Silent Pro 850w

Antec Truepower Quattro 850w

Corsair TX-850w

Will these be enough?

Thanks heaps.

I'm really not sure which way i should go, is the performance of the sandy bridge (i was planning on getting the 2500k) worth the $150+ over the phenom II x4 965 3.4ghz (price is including motherboard)?
