I finally got MS to fix my launch360 for free. I spent literally 2 hours on the phone to get this accomplished. They are quite the pain the butt. They were not going to fix it for free, I kept telling them I read MS would cover it and after 25 minutes on hold they finally agreed. This whole process sucks.
I have gone a whole year no problems, now it dies. I am pretty pissed. I have christmas vacation from work next week. If i dont have an xbox i am going to go nuts.
I have a launch 360 and just had my first problem. During gears, it froze up with a checkered screen. It did this 3 times in a row, so i popped in cod3, checkered screen again. I have not received any lights of death. What should I do?
