@wreckman @King9999 @KBFloYd I'm pretty sure 90% of the indie games on XBLA are not licensed developers-there are literally thousands of games there- a co-worker of mine has a game there that he built on his droid phone. I do agree though-probably don't want to utilize a market that would cost them money. Well said King.
