Graphics:
Graphically, R2 was a mixed bag. It was never bad, but the graphics would sometimes be average and at other times fantastic. THe game engine itself seems very powerful, and some levels / sections were jaw dropping in terms of scale / graphics. When the graphics do slip and become more average, it seems that it was due to poor design choices rather than the limits of the engine. For every average moment there was a moment when you stood in awe!

Level design:
Though it happenedless as the game progressed, the devs initially seemed to be obsessed with giving me a flash light and sticking me in a gloomy hallway / tunnel or dark building interior. Unfortuantly, the game engine doesn't "do" interiors very well, and not only did these sections look very average, they were very dull. However, once outside the game is simply amazing, with huge epic gunfights that, unlike COD4/5, don't rely on endless spawning badies and, to some extent, let you approach the battle as you see fit - rather than forcing you to make suicidal dashes in order to activate game triggers. The game actually often reminded me of a more exciting version of Halo.

Story:
Somehow the devs managed to take a very interesting story (hales "sickness") and then not bother to develop it. Itcould have made for some gripping story telling, but it seems to take a back seat to the action.

Multiplayer
What can I say that hasn't been said already. Multiplayer is fantastic, especially coop. I could moan about one or two things, but overall this is a fantastic addition.

General feelings
Overall, R2 feels like a very solid game that could have been even better had it had a litle more dev time. Little graphically glitches and an under developed story stops this being a true ****c. that said, it is still a fantastic game, and I would probably give it 9/10 - although a lot of this has got to do with multiplayer.

Yes i agree with Quebec finish the story because, i love the story and it is great can't wait for R3.
