Ok, I was just in Gamestop a few days ago buying Dementium and the manager was telling me that Ninja Gaiden Dragon Sword comes out Friday!?!? #1, I've never heard of a game coming out on Friday. And #2, nothing on the Internet I've been able to find so far reflects this release date. I have seen as far out at Feb '08!

Can anyone shed some light on this rumor and tell me what the ACTUAL release date is???

I am LOVING this game. I am through chapter 4 and just fought the first boss. Let me just say, he is one tough son of a b1tch. I do hate that you have to start the chapter over every time you die, but I guess that makes it more realistic. I have played SO many games in my time, and personally I am a big fan of FPS. I am honestly enjoying this game even more than Metroid Prime Hunters...which says a lot. (But, still getting the same damn hand-cramps...my only other complaint!)

One recommendation, you need to either play this game with headphones on in the dark, or with the sound OFF in the dark. Playing with the sound off actually got me jumping a couple times because you can't hear the bad things coming. On the other hand, putting on my Bose headphones shows how truly amazing the sound and music is in this game.

For a 3rd party, Renegade Kid has done an unbelievable job at putting a game like this on the DS. And it shows they really took their time.

If you like FPS games or scary games at ALL, this is a must have.

I have completed through chapter 3 of this game and I must say I am VERY impressed. I keep thinking to myself, this is on a DS??? If you play this game, plug in a pair of headphones, and turn the lights out. It REALLY makes a difference.

So far, I would have to give this game at LEAST an 8.0.

I sold my black PSP to get a white one for this reason! I hated how all my fingerprints showed on the black one. To me, now that I have a white one, I think the black actually get's dirty faster because of all the fingerprints...you won't see this at all on the white.

BTW, I live in the US. I imported the white one from Japan. Oh and if you need to clean the nub, just take a fingernail brush to it...just be sure to cover the surrounding area with a paper towel or something to avoid scratches.

Well....my top DS games are New Super Mario Bros (a must have), Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow (better than PoR), Mario Kart DS (also a must have), Meteos (if you like "tetris-esque" kind of games--uses touch screen very well--SO addicting), Metroid Prime Hunters but, uses touch screen ALL the time--you get used to it though.

And, if you are a Pokemon fan, which I really am not, the new Pokemond Diamond and Pearl got AMAZING reviews.

Oh, and lastly, keep your eye out for Zelda: Phantom Hourglass coming out this fall...if you are a Zelda fan...which I AM!

Can't wait! I have a PSP that has browsing capabilities, but I think the touch screen is going to make for a much nicer experience browsing on the DS. Your touch screen is your keyboard AND your mouse!

Buy it now. There are plenty of quality games (old and new). And I haven't heard of any price drop, and I doubt we'll see a new model until at least 2008.

I recommend getting a white one on ebay! You can get one from www.japanvideogames.com for $199 and only $19.99 shipping. The ONLY difference is it doesn't play US UMD Movies. It plays all games, and does everything else just the same as the US version. I've had a black PSP since day 1, and I have always hated all the fingerprints, and how it gets dirty so fast. The white is soooooo much better.
