I dont really understand the question. Your CD key for windows works on both the 32 and 64 bit versions. Find yourself a 64 bit ultimate ISO and install it using the same key. Its perfectly legitimate to do so.

Thank you, I was aware that 32 bit used less RAM, but I didn't realize it's that much.

So I can expect a performance increase when I install 64 bit. That's always a nice surprise ^_^

(I know the term is overused, but is my i3 2120 bottlenecking my HD 6990?) You don't have to get too technical, just a short answer would be good enough. I always feel like it is, but most people I see complaining about bottlenecks have AMD processors so I'm not sure.

Yeah I know what you're thinking, 'wtf is up with that processor when you have a HD 6990'. Well truth be told I was given the pc as a gift for my birthday/christmas and I had currently been saving 3 months to buy me a pc. So I got the best graphics card I could get for that amount of money :)
