yes, you definately can use a ps3 controller with an xbox 360, you just need to buy this adaptor. http://www.xcm.cc/

I have not played lost odyssey, but I have played the last remnant. If you don't mind having the game slam into a loading screen every 2 minutes disrupting the flow of the plot and gameplay then you won't mind this game. The game was rushed out many months before it was ready due to a deal with microsoft to get the first release of the game. After reading a few user reviews I bought the game thinking, "maybe if i install it to the hard drive It will eliminate the problems with the loading screens." It only made the screens load a bit faster, they still disrupt the game. Aftrer 20 minutes of playing this unfinished game I could not continue. I was really looking forward to the game too, As I was impressed by the graphics, art direction, environment, and voice acting that I saw on the gamespot videos. If you want another JRPG you should consider buying a PS2, as it has a tonne of them. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy my 360, but it does not have many quality JRPGs.
I did a google search, I checked Hotheads website, and did many gamespot searches, and still was unable to find the release date for Penny Arcade Adventures Episode 3. Can anyone tell me when it comes out?
My scariest moment is when at the age of 11 I found a copied doom 2 disk and played it for the first time. Then the scariest moment in that game is the first time I walked into one of those infmaous doom booby traps, teleporting into a room full of pinkies or whatever. I have never been as afraid playing any other game since that classic 13 years ago.
The same thing happened to my gears of war saves, I think it is because of the way you power down your xbox 360. If you have a game that is running off the hardrive and you shut down your 360 without exiting the game, I think it may corrupt data on your harddrive. This sometimes happens with PCs, and we all know that the xbox 360 is just a computer sans the keyboard and mouse. That is the only thing I could think of, and I only have good user level PC skills, so I may be wrong about this.
