Animal Crossing Wii is an absolute no brainer. But I would rather see a demo channel. I don't see why every console needs a DVD player. I'm pretty sure everyone has one, whether its built into the TV or you have a player lying around.

They can if they can just push the Wii's graphical power to the limit. To me, RE4 is still one of the best looking games I've ever played. If they can make an RE game run on the Wii with the same RE4 controls plus better graphics. Then, you'll have a seller right there.

I expect them to be released the day (or week) before MP3. You know, to hype up the game a bit, somehow.

Article from Nintendo World Report, here's an excerpt:

"The final two games are both Metroid titles: Metroid and Super Metroid. While Metroid has been re-released multiple times on Game Boy Advance, fans have long been clamoring for Super Metroid, a game often considered one of the best SNES games. While no release date is currently set, it is likely that the Metroid games will be released sometime before the launch of Metroid Prime 3: Corruption on August 27th."

There were games announced too, but they didn't seem that important. Finally, I can try out Super Metroid.

Already have it reserved for the Wii.

Played all the versions of 07, but while each version was fun. The Wii was the best because of the motion sensing. Pressing buttons for everything gets boring after a while. Stiff arming my friends in the face (in game and real life) is fun.

Does anyone know how much it would've cost?

Because, I hear the PS3 is only expensive because of Blu-Ray.

"What will the console situation be in 2016?

"Wii has graphics that have been available since 2000."

What is this guy talking about? He says people care about the graphics, therefore PS3 will win. While people DO care about the graphics, thats only one factor. Its the games that makes consoles win. PS2 was the least graphically powerful console during the last generation. Look at how much it dominated. Now you can say that's been flipped around. Wii is the least powerful and its popping up as the best selling console each month. The Game Boy Advance is even outselling the PS3 in some months.

Graphics may bring people to buying a game, but for those who read the reviews before they buy. Companies are going to have a hard time selling games if they only focus on the graphics.

Hmmm....How would some of you guys destroy your PS3s? I don't have one, but I would probably have itsmashed to bits and pieces with a 360's powerbrick and a Wiimote.

Here's the article from GameInformer Online.

"Newport Beach, California company Parallel Processing Corporation have filed a lawsuit against the electronics giant for the Cell's ability to perform "synchronized parallel processing with shared memory" - a patent that the International Parallel Machines of New Bedford, Massachusetts got the rights to in 1991, in which the Parallel Processing Corporation says its "exclusive licensee."

The complaint filed in Texas on July 26 claims that Sony infringes on this patent, while it doesn't specify exactly how, it states that the company is being monetary damaged. The company is seeking to recover these said damages, fees plus interest, and the impounding and destruction of all Sony products that infringe on this patent. Ultimately stating, people must destroy their PS3s."

This is probably one of the funniest lawsuits I've ever read.
