How exactly is that confirmation? That's like anything but confirmation. Just because there are no plans, doesn't mean that it won't ever happen. And saying that it's unlikely that it will be coming anytime soon is basically the same thing.

I'm not saying they will make one, nor am I saying I would like them to make one. I'd personally rather see an original GTA on the PSP rather than a watered down San Andreas Stories, but that is by no means confirmation.

He gives a link of where to go as well. I'm not sure exactly how it works, but I was trying to check it out the other day and it just seemed like way too much trouble for me. I'm just going to buy the game and play it by myself.

I know that the first one only has ad-hoc and I'm pretty sure that the second one is going to be the same.

From what I've heard there is a way that you can play online, but it's not by the usual means and I'm not sure exactly how that works.

I have three dead ones as well.
