Hey guys I just wrote this because I new a lot of people would reply. I just wanted to know what people would say to a topic like this. I'm actually a 360 player so I have no idea what people are like on PS3 like AlphaRail was saying.
To tell you the truth, here's why I think people are mean online.
Occasionally you get the retard you always bad mouths you or what not saying how much you suck and talks trash just to pick a fight. The reality of it is, they do it because they know you cannot physically hurt them and it makes them feel cool" and "tough". They are probably little kids 13-16 or maybe older depending on how immature they are, sitting at home with no friends or life. They talk S**t because they do not have the balls to do it in real life face to face. They are cowards and take all the fun away from the online community. If you wanna talk S**t, then say it to my face. I bet they never will. IF you wanna ruin the fun, then you are obviously trying to be a cool kid infront of your friends and make it sound like your a bad*ss, but the truth is, your ruining the fun for people who are trying to have a good time, and your all talk no action. So F off!!!

It really depends on the people you're playing with. If you're playing with mature people then there's sportsmanship all around. if you play with little kids who's best feature is that they can whine about everything. then no, there's not. you just gotta get lucky with the servers or play with people you know. that way you can be almost sure that you will play a good game. if you just join random people. you're always gonna run into idiots (not all of them are, but alot is). zeforgotten
what you people are saying is probably true, but in my experience with ps3 players i THINK they don't have very good sporstmanship. I know a lot of people on other consoles don't either, butthey have more than ps3in my opinion. (besides wii)
