@lostn: Kitase will be the Producer in FF7 Remake...that's why i have some hope in it since he was the Director in the original FF7. The only concern i have is the fact that Nomura will be the Director...hopefully he leaves again and Kitase will take his place as a Director.

@lostn: Well srfilk86 said director and writer of FFXV...he's not completly wrong. The original director of FFXV was Tetsuya Nomura who designed characters and conceived the concept and base story. Then Tabata took his place as a director in 2014 so Nomura could go work on Kingdom Hearts 3.

As we all know, Nomura was the character designer in the original FFVII, but the mastermind behind that was Hironobu Sakuchi (the creator of the FF series) who is long gone.

But yeah i still agree with you, and i honestly think if Nomura was in charge during the whole process it still wouldn't be as good as FF7 just because he was part of it.

The Big Boss Sakaguchi is gone so i kinda lost hope in the series...i didn't lost my hope entirely cause they still have Kitase and he's in charge of the FF7 Remake.

@leon00x: ff7 sold 10M copies in the 1st 2 years after it's release. I remember paying 11 000 Escudos (Im from Portugal and that was before Euros came, so it was around 54 euros at that time, about 61 dollars).

Tabata promised an ending to be super emotional that will leave players in tears like Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core and Final Fantasy Type-0.

Here's my bet:

1: All 4 of them die at the end.

2: This is the most likely...all 3 of them will give their life at the end protecting Noctis so he can reclaim the throne...that's why they are in a road trip together during the entire game, so the players get attached to all of them just so the game gives us that blow to the stomach and drops us in tears when they die protecting Noctis.

Who agrees with the 2nd one raise ur hands.

Now we have plenty platforms and plenty quality games to choose and ppl still complain...maybe i think like this because i was born in the late 80's, that's why i think the console war is just stupid and maybe that's why i enjoy these new games diferently from other ppl.
