How about some PSX games instead? I'd much rather have the ability to play my PSN library of PSX games than PS2 ones... I'm still shocked that something so tiny, that has been a part of every PlayStation up to the PS4, just wasn't included in the PS4 to begin with.

I think the problem with Live is that they are going about this all wrong. There's no way they'll ever compete with 2K in the basketball sim department. Maybe what they need to do is go more of an NBA Jam route and just make it about fun. Make it a bit weird, and crazy. Add crazy gameplay modes and tweaks. Add cheats and skins and stuff, and just make it more arcade-like. I would certainly be willing to play it alongside 2K if they did that. Right now, it's just redundant, and not anywhere near as good as its competition.
