Planescape: Torment. When I had first bought it, I had played it for a couple of hours and couldn't get into it. It wasn't until six years later that I decided to give it another go and really enjoyed the game.
I have never bought anime through a retail store. It's easier and cheaper to find it through internet shopping like amazon or sites that sell anime exclusively.
