[QUOTE="BibiMaghoo"]I would only be interested if they didnt touch the game other than visuals and sound. If they changed story or more importantly, the combat system. I would rage. The materia system is still the best to this day. WhiteStormy

^This is exactly how I feel. The story is the first thing that they would change too. Just look at how Cloud is portrayed now. He's emo and his voice actor plays him with a dry emotionless tone. This personality would never fit with the original Cloud, the guy that dressed like a woman at one point, and said "Let's mossey" right before the final battle.

I think this is partly true. In the beginning of the game he was definately a little more up beat. But at the end of the game, after everything he went through and all of the truths he discovered he did become a little emo and disconnected.

If they did have a remake of FF7 I feel that they would change too much of the story, if it was the same game then why remake it at all?

This quote taken from Gameinformer.com has Yoshinori Kitase (producer of FF XIII-2) talking about a FF7 remake.

"If I may speak as a game creator, if we were to produce a remake of VII, for example, I would be really tempted to delete things and add new elements, new systems or whatever because if we were to make exactly the same thing now, it'd be like a repeat.

"It'd be an issue of repetition and not as much fun to make such a game. So I'd be really interested in rearranging games or reshaping games into something slightly different even though it's supposed to be the same game. But if we did that, the fans might be disappointed or 'this is not what I was expecting' so in that sense maybe some might say that it's better to let memory be memory."

What are some things that you would want to see changed? What things do you want them to keep the same? I personally think the game was amazing the way it was, it would just be cool to see it redone looking like Advent Children.

I was trying to convince my friends to get Portal 2 so I could get that achievement Professor Portal, where you have to play with somebody who has never played the co-op before. But they wouldn't, thus I'll never 100% Portal 2. :(

I feel like I have to go for all the achievements in games like Call Of Duty. I pay $60 or 5 hours of campaign, might as well get another couple of hours out of it going for achievements.

Unfortunately I don't think their is anything that can be done about it. My friends and I recently went back to it as well and had the same problems. Usually right before the finale. I think it's just poor upkeep on their servers because they're focusing more on L4D2 now than 1. All I can say is, keep playing and hope for the best.

So far my favorite is Horde. Gears 3 did so much more than any other game by adding a tower defense style gameplay. I guess MW3 survival has kind of the same thing, but not done AS good.

Good single player games are truly becoming dead. They could use that extra disc space to add new missions or weapons and armor, even new characters. But what do I know, they could do a multiplayer aspect and it would be the most played game since World of Warcraft. I thought Assassins Creed Brotherhood didn't need multiplayer, and after I played it I was blown away.

I hate using the followers in New Vegas. If they didn't make things easier then I would never use them.
