I automatically assumed that the red arrow meant that its saving / downloading

while blue arrow is retrieving data / uploading / accessing and pulling out information from hardware or disk.

It's pretty insignificant but that's what I generalized them with.

Well of course they aren't unlocking..... PS3's use trophies. :P

But in all seriousness you could:

1. Try again, on campaign..... Don't know how tedious of a job that would be

2. Try playing with a friend online and do the requirements for the trophies.

Idk why, but they should be unlocking especially if you did them in ghost mode. GL though :?

Fight Lab has the potential to net you O.D Cash. But in the current version of the game money is not a problem. The only plus I'd have to give fight lab was the inclusion of Combot, the ending CGI (Which I thought was epic!), and the dialogue :D. Seriously the chick should just sleep with him LOL.

Oh and the last stage for Fight Lab was pretty funny. panda's and kumas dancing everywhere LOL.

But agreed, it really wasn't neccessary to this overall game.

i seem to have trouble clearing them. first time i played i easily beat jun and then unknown beat me twice, after that im having trouble with jun and once i finally beat her unknown finishes me...

a tip i found on the internet is do the time attack mode cause arcade uses other poeples ghosts forcing the battles to be harder.

what i wanted to know is if i do time attack will i get the ending videos for the character i finish it with?

cause ive fought jun/unknown in arcade like 20 times....and lost...

First of all who are you using within your team?

Jun/Unknown can frame trap you pretty badly if you haven't had matchup experience with her, and since its a computer controlling her it already know's Jun's fastest attacks like the back of its hand. Just persevere! Luckily if you force jun to whiff / you block one of her -frames move (which she has a good amount) hit her with your punishers, KnD punisher / Fast Launcher. Also learning at least 1 combo from a hopkick (for most characters usually Up / Forward + O). Never randomly rushdown her. Since it's an AI it'll just adapt to counter your ass. Always do a move for a reason.

I'm almost positive Time Attack doesn't give out endings.. But if someone's willing to confirm that'd be great :). I only playerd time attack for that 1 customization Item you get and trophy!

Go online, and choose either player or rank match.

Then begin search, you'll be brought to the character select option and Select either Tag, or Solo.

You'll be brought to a training room. It'll automatically begin accepting requests from other people. When "A New Challenger!!" message appears accept it, and you'll begin fighting ;).

If you're looking for Pair Play, Make sure your 2nd controller is on. Then follow the directions above, till you come across the character select screen. Choose Pair Play instead of Tag or solo.

Hope this helps and have fun! ;)

Got the game today and I like it, because it's a Tekken game, but I'm really disappointed.

So Tekken 6 came out in late 2009, they basically had a bit less than 3 years to develop TTT 2. The result is a joke!
Please don't get me wrong, this is only my opinion, but the lack of modes is really the big downside of this game.

The campaign mode in Tekken 6 was cheaply thrown together, but it was a fun mode (like the campaign in Mortal Kombat Deception, which was outstanding for a fighting game!).

There doesn't seem to be as much outfit customization options either in TTT2 compared to T6. Come on! I know you can unlock new outfits and items in ghost mode, but there's still a lot of great stuff missing in TTT2 that were in T6. I checked other boards what people say about the lack of outfits and there's more items etc. planned as DLC(free) in the future. Ohh man... 3 years and they are not able to put more stuff in the new game.

Graphics are only a minor upgrade to T6. I like the motion blur, but again the console game looks nothing like the arcade version :( The stages are ok, most of them are boring.

So the only positive things I can say is:

- I like the crazy stuff that happens in the combot training :)
- Tag moves are fun, and you can do huge combos
- The roster is awesome

But overall it's almost the same as T6

Ready4Pickup

Ouch, lmaoo not sure if I'd call it a joke, since balancing characters is always an issue and can take quite a long time. But I can see where you're coming from with the lack of modes. But I'm sure that NB realized how poorly recieved SC in T6 was so I'm sure if they ever pull that stunt off again it'll be in a more upgraded fashion... hopefully.

As for customization, I wouldn't worry too much on that subject. I'm sure NB has plans for that. It's still counted as day 1 release for TTT2 until a patch / update / dlc come out. so if anything I'm liking this better then T6 already. and T6 has had 4 years of development on it.. Butttt, then again.. I agree with you in the fact that I want customization Items already :(

I agree with the arcade graphics, being better in terms of graphics. Motion blur helps a lot with the console edition. to keep it looking up to par with arcade.

And yes I agree with your positives. but I'll also note that I like how much the online significantly improved over day1 T6. and Arcade if somewhat challenging :).

Still considering the games of 2012, this is golden.

Many people have had your issue with newer games such as BF3, CoD: MW3, etc. But the common thing about the problem was that they all owned FAT PS3's. A lot of suggestions going around is that you might want to get that ps3 checked up. Either send it to sony or some computer repair shop. But other then that. I'm not sure that there's really a solution for that :(

If it's an overheating problem thats different... But try letting your ps3 sit there for a day or 2 and come back to TTT2. See if you notice anything different..

Pros: More characters, Nice tag team combos/grabs, customization better (alittle bit), Nice online structure

Cons: No story mode, No replays after a round, money is hard to come by just like 6

Honestly its a fun game but I willl say I regret not waiting till it was like $40. =P

revolvervegeta

Pros: Indeed more characters is always a + and since this is tekken, they're always constantly trying to balance out characters while implementing new moves. The tag system and fighting engine it runs on has been vastly improved since TTT1 and T6. Overall it feels much more sleek and defined.

Though I'll disagree with the customization. As of right now it is indeed inferior to T6, but don't let that discourage you. as there are still some viable options to the overall customization, and Namco most definitly has plans for the customization as dlc, or through updates / patches. ;)

Online is very nice compared to day1 Tekken 6. The overall look of online feels very nice. So overall they did improve a lot with online, and it can only get better! :D

Cons: The lack of story mode could be a pro or con. I mean for me.... Honestly I could live without scenario campaign... Or devil within. that's just my take on it. If there's anything lacking. maybe the exclusion of mini games such as Bowling or Volleyball... but not much else :/

No replays... self explanatory... like wtf? (and no I don't mean World Tekken Federation..)

Money.... is... almost..... never an issue with this game... Idk what mode you're playing but Ghost mode, Online mode, Arcade mode, and Fight lab will provide you with sufficient amount of money for this current build of the game.

My Take: By no means is this game for everyone. But Tekken fans, and even fighting game fans can appreciate the wealth of effort that went into this game. the graphics are sharp, details are noticable, fixed minor issues about the last game. It just feels like a great game. Of course as I said, this isn't for everyone. But if you're questioning it, you can just buy it used sometime in the future. or if a price drop happens. So hope you make you're decision and GL! ;)
