I've had my system since launch, and I've never had a problem with it. In fact, I've gloated about that fact numerous times on this forum.

Well, it happened. After all this time, without any sign warning, whatsoever, while watching a DVD (in the HD DVD add-on!) my Xbox 360 RROD'd.

I just got off the phone and am now waiting for my system's coffin.

I blame the New York Giants.

I feel your pain guy....i just got RRoD this morning and i had my console since launch also. While playing Rainbow Six - Vegas it shut off and not only that....my power adapter it finished. :(

I got RRoD this morning and my warrenty has expired so i have a question for you guys.

I was playing my 360 and the red rings came up and the game shut down. I turned it on about an hour later and within 5 minutes it shut down again but it didnt give me the red rings.....this time the power adapter jus went hot and shut down and now i cant get the adapter to supply power to the 360.

My question is.....could the red rings have been caused by the power adapter overheating or do i have such bad luck that both my power adapter AND my 360 overheated the same time?

Note - I already had to replace a power adapter because it stopped working but i didnt get red ring lights that time.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Call Of Duty 2. I beat it already but im tryin to beat it on veteran and its just annoying so i seem to find every other game to play besides that one

Call Of Duty 4 on veteran was a breeze compared to that game
