The MSI is overclocked 25Mhz core and 100Mhz memory and has a one year warrenty.

The eVGA has a lifetime warrenty and they have an upgrade trade in program.

I would buy the eVGA for warrenty and you can overclock it on your own.

Since you have Vista with Direct X 10 I would reccomend a 8600GT instead of a 7600GT which is directx 9 card.

Bellow is a link for an XFX 8600GT it cost $170

I play the beta on 1024x768 on mainly low settings with medium textures on a AMD 2400+ 2.0Ghz, 1 GB of RAM, and 9600XT so you should be able to play LOTR online on low too.
