I plan on getting both games. But if I had to choose only one of the two it would be FNR4. I guess just because it's a established quality game franchise, so I think it's a safe bet to at least be decent.

I don't think we're moving backwards, I just think that people like to relive classics, or maybe even see them in an updated version. And I don't think it's limited to just PS1 games, there is a lot of games on SNES that I would like to see remade, or even sequels to. Not because there isn't good stories and gameplay nowadays, but because classics are the **** they stand the test of time.

I would like to add that if The Lord of the Rings trilogy set ever came out in blu-ray, I'd buy it no matter what it cost!

I own exactly one Blu-ray movie, which is the movie 300, and only because it was on sale for a really good price. I want to add way more to my movie library collection, but they can be too damn expensive a lot of times. Obviously my entertainment budget is limited, so I usually reserve it mostly for games.

I can vouch for Dead Space and Bioshock. But If I had to pick one from your list... I wouldn't! :P Maybe you'd like Valkyria Chronicles. I intend on getting VC when the price drops or if it gets a trophy patch, which ever comes first.

I wasn't keeping track, but guessing, it seemed to take me around 10 hours to beat the first time. I'll probably go through the game much quicker the 2nd time for the crushing trophy. Plus, I won't have to worry about finding all the treasures or getting all the other trophies, seeing as how I only have crushing and the platinum as the only trophies left.

Also, I think that 8.0 is a fitting score for this game, I rated it an 8.5. I'm glad that Gamespot doesn't just dish out 9's and 10's like crazy.

On second thought, 8.0 is a tad bit low for this game, somewhere in the mid to high 8's is more appropriate IMO. But just short of a 9.

PS1 - Civilization II

PS2 - Gallop Racer 2004

PS3 - Bioshock

Weakest list in this thread, yeah, I'm aware...

I'm definitely looking forward to playing Dragon Age: Origins, but when I think about how long the wait will be to play it I get angry. :x

I'm on the Dead Space bandwagon! Really good game, and fun to try for a platinum trophy in.
