Sounds like a defective disc. If you still have your receipt, and you're able to, I would suggest returning the game. That happened to me with a brand new copy of Condemned 2 once.Canvas_Of_Flesh
I live in Israel. that's the whole problem. there goes 40$ >.>...
Thing is I don't wanna waste 60$ on bf3 or gow3 if the console won't read it. the disc looks just fine so.. sometimes it does it sometimes it don't. right now it wont let me play.
Try calling 1-800-4-my-xbox.It's a U.S. number, but they should guide you through any problems you might have.Hope it helps, good luck.

I tried whatever they said, not working. some stuff they said they cant' support me with cause I live in Israel and it's against their policy or whatever. Could someone help me with this? The page xbox support page seem to be broken for me.
Hello. I bought a new Xbox Slim recently and Street fighter game (arcade edition) and both of them are brand new. Now sometimes (most of the times) I try playing Street fighter it says the disc is unreadable it's either scratched or dirty, and its prefectly fine. It pops the error very randomly. sometimes when I get to the sponsers screen and sometimes when I'm loading for an arcade match. Now I can't really replace it because I bought it from Gamestop and I live in Israel.Tried to check xbox support and the site is broken for me for some reason on any of the browsers i have.
Would really appriciate and comment about fixing this problem because I'd like to chill with my friends playing Street fighter instead of CoD BO for a change lol. Thank you for your time, Sage.
RROD doesn't affect the hard drive though, so you should be able to recover the hard drive data.Matthewest

OH no no no sorry I misunderstood. When you boot up your new Slim you go to my xbox, profile, then recover profile. It will ask you to type your GT and your registered email and password and then it will download your profile to your new xbox.
Gamefreak1296
Will it have all my saved games and such ?
Sadly no. That's what I was saying about the transfer cable or the flash drive.
The profile recovery only downloads stuff like (played games, your friends list, marketplace purchase history, avatar clothes and settings.)
I just looked it up and I was right, You need a working 360 to use the transfer cable.
You need them both on?..

Yes a flash drive connects through usb.
Gamefreak1296
Well how do i transfer anything if my Elite got rrod ?
and how to transfer? i mean i plug the usb in than what?
Yes there is another way. You can transfer everything on a 16 gig or lower flash drive.
The slim does not get the RROD but some just show a red dot in the middle when they are too hot. The slims shut down when they are too hot to save themselves so they are alot better than the elites.

As in USB?
Umm...I don't think any of us knew...But to answer your question it's called a data transfer cable. You can buy them on amazon.com for $20 or under.
