Worth every penny. Baring in mind that a reasonable and really cheep Blue-Ray DVD Player would set you back around £300 at least its easy to see why the PS3 is so expensive compared to other consoles. The good points about the Blue-Ray feature is that the PS3 discs can store more data, so GTA IV will be even more detailed and big than before. Although the bad points is the cost and the fact that I feel the war between Blue-Ray DVD and HD DVD will be won by the HD but anything could happen. Although, if you can afford it, get it, its well worth it.
