Might be okay but i wouldn't have any of the emotional ties that the book or movie did. Can/will i kill my classmates and friends to stay alive? If everybody is just killing everybody, it'd be just as mindless as every other action game.

I see what you mean, but emotional ties and stuff would never work and just be quite ridiculous obviously. Plus the average time for each game should be maybe like 10 minutes. Or maybe there could be multiple islands to choose from for many possible expieriences?
yeah, im only good at maybe intermediate coding. Im currently reading a coding language book. I wish some company out there could fulfill my game dream tho, if not, maybe make it cost a one time fee.
