I honestly think theres two generations of arguers here. The ones who were old enough to have actually been able to go to the arcade and play great fighting games there, or theres the ones who were old enough to stay at home stick to consoles and like SNES and Gennisis (arcade version of MK , SF, VF etc. were far superior to consoles) and then when N64 came along ithad the first great fighter build for consoles only. I'm kinda in the middle.
You know Blizzard started off with around 20 people in their company and now they're around 200 people. But they've always made good games. Guerrila just plain sucks. Sony made a bad choice taking them under their wing, however sony has made way better decisions for 1st and 2nd party devs in the past.
