I've actually been having the opposite problem (I'm level 40 right now). By the time I'm ready to progress onto another area, just from completing hearts and doing nearby events, I tend to be a few levels (~3 to 5) ahead.

Of course, I'm also running through other similar level areas to get all the skill points, and completing a couple of hearts and events there on the side. might be issues appear when I get to the higher level areas.

I had some camera issues during a couple of the jumping puzzles for most of last week (starting about tuesday). However, I haven't had any noticeable problems the last couple of days.
