@KennyKB Indeed.The only positive thing about negative scores,is you get the game a lot cheaper,a lot sooner.I paid £18,which was a bargain.

@Foxhound1982 Indeed.The times I nearly dropped my joypad.Don't think I'll try hard mode just yet though! Playing it through an old but good Sony 5.1 receiver and a Turtle Beach PX 4 (not as good surround,but not bad)

I love it,and that's coming from a middle aged,jaded game player of 30 years.The tension and atmosphere is fantastic.Sounds great in surround sound,too.It's not for the impatient.I have to disagree strongly with this review.There are times when it gets frustrating,but it's a great stealth 'em up.Being stalked by a near unkillable alien,and the creepy Working Joes can get nerve wracking.And the feeling of relief when you make it to the next save point! I picked up the Ripley edition cheap on PS4,and I'm glad I ignored this and IGN's review.Best game of 2014.Not perfect,sure,but a sold 9 from me.

Am enjoying it,but there is that sense of deja vu,again.And why can't we have a local protagonist ? Why does the hero always have to be American? Is Ubisoft scared of alienating it's American audience?

@grin89 I think the PS4 controller is a vast improvement on the old PS3 dualshock.Plus you get all the police chatter and phone calls coming out of the PS4 controllers little speaker!
