OK! So I apologize waaaay ahead of time if this topic has been beat to death. I searched the forums for a while and saw nothing related to this, BUT I could've missed it cause i was rushing...
I've been trying AAAALLLL DAAAAAYY to get these stupid Dr. Pepper promo codes to work and nothing. I've tried EA live chat multiple times, got helped once, but it turned out to not help. Called EA supprt and was on hold for, let's see... going on 44 minutes now and counting.
I looked at the walkthrough from Hellforge, IGN, etc. everywhere! But all of the steps are way to broad and scarce.
I was wondering if someone is willing to lend me a hand and save me from killing myself over sheer frustration. If someone is willing to give me DETAILED steps on how to get this crap to work, I would GREATLY appreciate it.
For the record I've created multiple accounts and claimed the EA Prize multiple times, but every time I do it it redirects me to the EA Promo list page and it never shows up. The guy in live chat says he saw it was linked to my account and it should jsut show up in game, but I think that was a lie cause everyone else I read about said they downloaded all that stuff via Cerebrus Network.
So calling all people who have downloaded this stuff successfully, share your wisdom! :)
