The game is super fun. Could get stale after a while but I played for 2 days straight and it was a blast. I think they need to increase the amount of players in a server, too. The game shines with ship battles and you only run into another ship once every 30-45 minutes.
I talked enough shit on this game to know I’m not biased. I played the beta and the first day sucked. Almost uninstalled. Gave it another chance with a friend, and a duo managing the sloop was one of the most fun experiences I’ve had in video games for a while. Learning about how to obtain missions, finding cool new places, and experiencing something different every time you play is what this game is about. No, I don’t think I’ll spend 60. But I’ll use the game pass and wait for it to drop to around 40-45.
Dunno why they wouldn’t start a new cod series. BO 1 and 2 has very interesting campaigns. It sucked in BO3. They could have created a fresh game with a fresh narrative. Hopefully it’s predominately during Vietnam or some real war.
@redviperofdorne: As ^ said: two maps. Even the Xbox version has become much more stable and enjoyable. Fortnite’s content consists of dance moves and minor changes to the map... I mean, is there more than one map on fortnite? As far as I know, there isn’t.
Pubg is just a better overall game. Fortnite hasn’t done much to separate itself, except the fact that it’s free. If fortnite wasn’t free, we wouldn’t be having this conversation. And another battle royale game is sure to come out. I’m confused as to why that’s only a direct threat to PUBG.
Where's the campaign footage? I want to see just a small piece of campaign gameplay. Could care less about the convoluted zombies game mode. Bring back the way it was in WaW and maybe I'd give it a chance.
