unfortnantly some are defective. I have had my first and second one replaced because the USB ports wouldnt work. such and uncommen problem and I get it twice. also a friend of mines froze a few times so he replaced it now his new one wont play games so hes getting it replaced again. but my other friends PS3 has worked perfectly. and it seems like most PS3s are perfect, i guess me and my friend were just unlucky.but even if you do have a defective one sony replaces them free of charge and pretty quickly.

my games and systems  (my PS2 is in a box next to my TV stand) I also have a few UMD movies (not shown).its kinda hard to see the silver trim but thats a 60GB PS3.all

I gota dynex switch and hooked it all up right and my settings are right but whenever I try to test my connection it says it "timed out" how do I fix it?
