@mwewerka: I’m defending them because I enjoy their games. As do a lot of people. Fallout 76 was indeed bad and the bag thing didn’t help it but, again, that was one game.
Prey and Youngblood not selling well doesn’t mean that they’re bad. That logic would wipe out the entire Indy game circuit.
Your hatred of Microsoft is preventing you from giving them credit where it’s due. You’d rather tear them down rather than encourage growth. If you really want Bethesda to change, the only way it will do that if someone steps in and orders them to. MS seems well suited for that role.
Maybe I’m naive of Square Enix’s practices but this isn’t the kind of game I expected from them. Why did they decide to go down the live service route? They’re clearly not good at it.
