I have an e2220 @ 2.4ghz and a 8800GT, my frames get choppy at 1920 x 1080 on HIGH for games like Borderlands and MW2. (medium is fine)

Which part is in more need of an upgrade?

thanks all

Hey guys I was hoping someone could help me with this little problem I'm having.

I just installed my caviar black and did a clean install of Windows 7 on it. Following that, I plugged in my old 250gb seagate (cause I'm still going to use it). I transferred all my important files over to the caviar and I want to reformat the entire seagate and erase everything on it including my previous windows 7 installation. Is there a way to do this because since C is a system drive there is no option of "format" when I right click.

also when I first start the computer, it goes to my previous installation of win7 by default, how do I make it go to the new one cause I obviously have to be on the new installation if I want to reformat the old hard drive

thanks for any help

I'd suggest the Dell Mini 10v and Snow Leopard it. $300 (or less) + $30 retail copy of OS. it's pretty dope

oh and I say the Mini 10v as opposed to a different netbook because it's the best netbook to install Snow Leopard on.

I'm assuming you're using a x-Fi card so in the Creative Console launcher, do you have the sound centered under x-Fi CMSS-3d? cause it sounds like you have that bar set towards the bottom (aka rear speakers) rather than in the center (all 5 + sub)
