So does the VGA cable come with the RCA to headphone jack adapter or do I have to buy it?

I've tried connecting my DS to my wireless router, but at the moment it's set to WPA, and not WEP. How do I change it to WEP? I'm using Vista which I'm not entirely familiar with at the moment, and I can't seem to find my router on my computer. Luckily, i have a USB connector from before I had a wireless router, but I can't get it to work. I hadn't used it on my new PC until today, and it all goes along fine until it tries to install the internet sharing this: it says 'Internet Connection Sharing Error(6). What can I do to sort this out? I've sort of given up on trying to set my router to WEP, so I need help with the USB connector at the mo, but if you have any ideas on how to switch is to WEP then please tell me. Thx in advance.
