Corner cutting: I don't think having 2 wheels on a curb on Some circuits counts as corner cutting. Or as a matter of fact is Taking a tight line with a RWD car to get a better line on the outside of the corner and passing somebody counts as corner cutting. Face-Off/Touge: I think there is a bug where some of the other players in your lobby have an affect on your race. For example I was drifting round a corner on one of the Hong Kong/Japan tracks (and my opponent was infront of meI was a good distance off a cliff face. And I suddenly got hit in the rear and spun me around. Also the environment seems to get destroyed randomly even thought the other car you're racing and you are no-where near it. Sounds like the other cars that are in your lobby but racing a different rival are affecting your track envurinment. Also another issue on Touge is when you're clearly infront of a driver. And he rams you. You get Disqualified. Surely that isn't right? Anyone else had these same issues?
