I think everyone realizes this. MGS4 will not be comming out the Xbox 360 for the forseeable future. MGS4 will be a HUGE selling point for the PS3.. which has been lagging of late in terms of sales. A lot of people, myself included, bought a PS3 with MGS4 as one of the reasons. Maybe in the future it will be ported over, but dont expect it within the next few years. Look how long it took for the MGS remake to make it to Xbox. Sony NEEDS MGS4..
Well. I didn't think CoD3 was all that good.. but hey.. in true CoD fanservice I would probably get it anyway. I'll give Trey another chance, we all know IW does an amazing job but perhaps Treyarch just needs a chance to show their stuff.
While I agree with most people that I would rather have the physical CD/UMD/whatever.. DD seems to be the future of gaming. Can't say I like it too much, but DD does save developers the $$ of physically making the game. Now if only they would pass on that discount in terms of game prices.
WoW is diskliked by people on these forums because
1. They were once WoW addicts and lost their jobs, wife/girlfriend and about a year of their life.
2. Most people are too busy playing WoW to respond
WoW was fun while it lasted. It was a great game and while its good that more people are still enjoying it, most of us who played from release date have moved on.
Well. If your asking for an opinion.. almost no contest for me; Assassins Creed. I was a fan of R6 Vegas but R6 Vegas II is an overglorified and overpriced expansion pack. If you are looking for multiplayer then of course R6 is the only choice, but if your between R6 Vegas II and Assassins Creed.. go for Assassins Creed.
As much as I like the idea of Steam, the way it allows both big name and independent developers to sell their games, the problem with Steam is that the games have slight differences from retail.. and lately, issues with patching and incompatibilities make me wary of using Steam for most of my games.
