I've been wondering which system would be better for me, I'm mainly a PC Game player, but I wanna get a Console so I can get some cool multiplayer games when I have my friends over.
I've been leaning towards a 360, but thats mostly because EVERYONE has been telling me to get one, also, I wouldn't mind getting Rock Band and Guitar Hero... but the Price of the Xbox is really what sets me back, if I get an Xbox I definitely won't be getting the Arcade, Ither the Pro or the Elite if I am convinced enough to dish out the money for it.
I'm not even american, but I can say, I hope you guys elect Obama or Ron Paul. The rest of the candidates are ither warmongering baffoons (Republican)or sneaky democrats.
I personally don't think Human babies are all that cute. Puppies, Kittens etc, damn cute... but I can't really place that kind of feeling on a human baby, they just look awkward.
In the movie 300, they (the spartans)are not homosexuals.
The movie is not based off historical facts, its based off a comic that is loosely connected with the actual historical event.
Stop complaining about its historical inaccuracy, because it never claims this, and anyone thinking thats how it went down historically is mentally ill.
That movie completely failed in a historic sense. They even completley left out the naval battle WHICH WAS KEY! WIthout the naval support Leonidas would have gone down immediately....
As for Leonidas himself being gay I have never heard of him in particular being gay....
Thechaninator
yeah, that movie was awesome but lacked any historical facts except the part about 300 spartans. you are right, the naval support was key. a tiny greek fleet took on the giant persian fleet and won.
Yup.
Themystaclys (SP)>Leonidas
He took his small fleet and actually WON the battle and even managed to keep from DYING in the process.
I also love how the movie pays so little attention to how many Greek soldiers Leonidas had with him, and it makes Leonidas look stupid as he really did position a good number of troops to block the pass that allowed them to be surrounded, but the troops had fled before the Persians even got to where they were posted....
