The Walking Dead game is not available in Australia on consoles because of our ratings laws. Telltale Games' reason : "Sorry, but due to the OFLC ratings laws in Australia and New Zealand, and the fact that this is a mature game, we do not currently have plans to release the game there on consoles."

I'm hoping now that we have an R18+ rating for video games, Telltale can release The Walking Dead game on 360/PS3, and since they never submitted it for classification in the first place, they don't have to wait 2 years.
