I'm currently reading Boy's Life by Robert McCammon for school, I also have to read The Things They Carried by Tim O'Brien. I'm enjoying Boy's Life it's a pretty good read, but not very exciting
[QUOTE="Ragnarok1051"][QUOTE="RiderGino"][QUOTE="Ragnarok1051"] Does it seem to have the same atmosphere of the original books?Yeah it seems to. But it's more childlike, nothing like the final books. But that's expected given that James is only 11. Well this seems like good news then. I saw on the website that he was writing the second one already so maybe this will turn out good. Hopefully it does. it definitely isn't a bad read.
[QUOTE="Ragnarok1051"][QUOTE="RiderGino"][QUOTE="Ragnarok1051"] Care to give me a brief summary? It basically follows James as he goes through his first year at Hogwarts. And in the prologue, Mundungus and two others break into something and are backstabbed by the guy who hired them. The only major problem i have is that it picks up right where the epilogue in Deathly Hallows left off, but James was in his second year in that while here he's a first year. I just downloaded it and I'll try reading it. I love anything Harry Potter so I hope this is good.
