I think console are doing a great job by pushing the gaming industry to new people, and you just can't go wrong with some titles you will only find on consoles like Gears, God of War, DMC, Metal Gear, Halo ( plays better on Xbox and takes ages for it to come to PC), Ninja Gaiden. However, I still play more PC than consoles, the mods and online communities make me always come back for more...

Then explain to me why the PS3 is $600 and the 360 $300-400 and the Wii $250. Explain that. Oh, wait! You're Mr. "I-Don't-Respect-Anyone"! wii cost less to make. Nintendo could still act like jack-asses and raise the price up to 400 bucks, but they didn't. Then it wouldn't be selling the way it is now.

actually, it kind of worked like that; the reviews for LOZ, and DBZ (on average) were better on the wii than on the other console versions (not saying that it works like that with all games, like COD3, but with some that is the case)
