Cena wasn't on Raw because he did the coin toss at the Fiesta Bowl. It was definitely nice to have a Cena-less Raw, that's for sure.

The geniuses at WCW somehow figured putting the U.S. title on him would be a good thing.

That would be really cool. I'd love to see the Hart Dynasty on Raw. Then of course HBK would be free to have a title run and save us from the boring Sheamus/Cena feud. But I guess he's got his sights set on Taker and that's not too shabby either.
