@neoistheone: oh wow a reply meant to attack me than an actual point, didn't see that coming. If you're offended/bothered why not just ignore me since you don't want to add anything constructive?
@str8gr8: do you remember when articles pointed to Sony wanting crossplay and Microsoft being against it last gen?
So now other console makers "see the light" and Sony is looking bad because they're the ones saying no now.
This is more for attacking Sony than actually uniting anything. There're no real benefits to Sony but obvious costs.
Because Microsoft and Nintendo have less users they actually gain something having their online community seem more populated but it's already very populated and I don't think there'll be anything even noticeable.
So that said, I see it as unnecessary with bad publicity for Sony being the biggest point.
Don't get me wrong, the feature is nice but it's not like anyone on any console goes to play online and meets ridiculously few users and can't play, there's just no big reason to care about it this much
Crossplay seems very unnecessary, I'm sure that there are large enough install bases on each console to leave it separate and everyone having a good time.
This sudden craze for crossplay again is more to make Sony look bad in the media.
Bringarts are quite expensive by themselves so a 3-pack with the game and additional stuff isn't overpriced.
I like kingdom hearts, just not that much to buy this version for myself but bigger fans of the series that are into collecting figures would know that the price isnt bad.
I managed to get one on the most recent gamestop sighting. I love it and for some reason my it's the only game console that my 3 year old is extremely interested in... I actually have to hide it away.
