Yeah, certain sections of the AI were just odd, frankly.

Although it's only speculation, I think they may have devoted a tad too much time to the Europhia engine, that focused on only inconsequencial pedestrians. :|

After playing through the game for about thirty minutes, that same realization came to me.

It is definitely better than GTA IV. I still don't know how it managed to attain a perfect rating on GameSpot, I mean the game was good albeit disappointing but it did not deserve a "10" rating.

Red Dead Redemption maybe, but that's another story.. :P
