@RicanV @POKE777GM @shingui5 and sadly the true problem is just shelved over a common stereotype, i.e the person couldn't tell the difference between a game and real life.
If this keeps up, casual gaming will just take over as not a person alive can call Angry Bird sexist.
@shingui5 @POKE777GM @RicanV quite frankly you'll be missing out on a lot of good titles..
MGS being one of them.
Gaming is just another medium, but I find it really odd that such aspects have been going on in movies, music, tv for years etc..gaming just borrowed the concepts. Yet I don't see people coming out with this like they're doing with games.
And for me that's the part were I get frustrated on this whole thing.
@shingui5 @RicanV if you want to make a real difference use your wallet, boycott such games.
Personally I never looked at a game in such a way. The issues being made are as if Catherine sold 10 million copies and devs are going nuts for sexualized women in games.
@shingui5 it's a meaningless issue, let the dev decide how they want their game and characters.
Don't like it don't buy it but making a issue out of something I personally never noticed or felt is just plain absurd. And I'm sure most people would agree with me.
At the end of the day, I want is a good game but enforcing social issues such as gun control, feminism, etc.. in a game is senseless. That's the government's job not a game devs.
@DBZKING1234 @TheNightMammoth @StinkySkunkGirl @RepoxMan1225 EXACTLY. Let the dev decided how they want their story to be told, whether it's with a strong man or woman or even both. If you don't like it don't buy it or make one yourself.
Similar data is available for other gaming sites. It's like saying there's a big makeup market for men, sure there is a market but it's a huge minority compared to women and makeup.
