My real wishes for the PSP: More RPGs, especially ones that take longer than 20 hours to beat. Better load times, though I am patient and the loads aren't as bad as they used to be. CHRONO TRIGGER, ILLUSIONS OF GAIA, SECRETS OF EVERMORE. Triple the battery life, even though I've never had a problem with the battery. Raise the base internal memory to a gig or so.

Not necessary things, but fun none the less: Some of the Japanese things....like the TV tuner and the attachment for a digital camera (though I couldn't imagine pulling out my PSP every time I wanted to take a picture). More options of PSP colors. Where are the blues and reds and greens and et cetera? Or the Crisis Core PSP in the US!

Now I am just getting ridiculous: LED lights all around the edges of the PSP that change colors while I use the system. Speakers so powerful I have to wear earplugs any time I want to play. Cellular phone service. The ability to play games whenever I want, regardless of whether or not I can actually use my PSP (like, at work!). A touch screen, since those seem to be all the rage these days (though I'm not that in to touch screens). PS3 games on the PSP. PS3 Capabilities on the PSP! My entire comic book collection on my PSP!!

It's generally the same in every community of fans. Comic book fans hate all other comic book fans. Anime fans hate all other anime fans. Video game fans hate all other video game fans. I don't get why there is all this hate amongst people who like the same things.

There haven't been any video game systems that I don't like. The systems all have their own merits (though I think some of Nintendo's systems have been relying too heavily on gimmicks lately). I feel like most of the war between fans of video game system hinges more on what games go to what system.

I've had most systems over the years. I've never been one to stick to just one system. I have my PS2 and PSP and an Xbox 360 and Nintendo DS. I plan on getting a PS3 eventually. But my biggest stipulation between whether or not a get a system is the game library. And right now, PS3 just hasn't had enough time to get all the games I'd want to play.

It really seems to me that a lot of companies are putting their games on the DS solely for the gimmicky touch screen. Don't get me wrong, I love my DS, and there are a lot of excellent games. But it seems like all that really matters to any of the developers is the touch screen. I didn't buy a DS because I'd be able to touch things.

I've never understood why people are spending more time developing games for the PSP. It seems to me that you can do a lot more with a game on the PSP than you can on the DS.

But I have faith that there will be a slew of good games for the PSP this year.

The Tekken series, for some reason, has been the only fighting series that has been able to keep my interest beyond one game. I've played every Tekken game on every system I have, and still want more Tekken. And I'm very excited about Tekken 6. Tekken 5 had some good personalization, but I always thought that they should take it a bit further, and it looks like they have. And the online play will prove to be a lot of fun.

This game is one of games I am waiting for before buying a PS3.

First game I played and beat on my PSP was Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Which I then went on to play on PS2 and XBox 360.

That is how I have been feeling. I don't really want a normal PSP, since I already had one. I haven't been able to find any news anywhere about upcoming special edition PSPs anywhere. But, in my research, I came across a number of the Japanese Crisis Core PSP packs for sale to US users. Of course, it was always at least twice the price of a normal new PSP. However, if no new PSPs come to the US in the next couple of months, I think I may have to put down the extra $200 bucks for this special package. That is, assuming that these Japanese PSPs can play US games and use US file formats.

I was just wondering if there were any plans for more special edition PSPs, like the Darth Vader one, being released in the US. I would absolutely love to have the chance to get my hands on the Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core pack in the US, but I find that to be unlikely. But I am planning on buying a new PSP to replace my old one in the next few months (probably just in time for Crisis Core), and I was hoping to get a really cool one without having to spend extra cash on getting skins and stuff myself.
