PC seems kick butt in here, with no surprise. Xbox 360 is second in every game here. It surprises me really but hey, they're just pics. I played GTA IV on my xbox 360 tho and it looks pretty good for a console game with a gameworld and performance like that. I'm PC gamer at heart and I too like to update my tech every now and then, as game technology goes forward. I hate all this crap about how a good gaming rig is supposed to cost crazy amounts of money. I've payed approximately 700 euros of mine so far and it includes a 22" lcd screen. Now once you think forward when you're shopping for your pc, you can easily just upgrade it as necessary when the tech runs old. For example if you bought a decent pc in 2006, chances are you're still running it with the same videocard and cpu. If you were thinking about the future when you bought it, you bought a motherboard that can handle better cpu's, video cards and more memory, should the need come, so now you'd be thinking about getting more memory or a faster cpu, or maybe a new video card if you got something slower than a geforce 7900/8800 or ATI 1950... If you had some of the afore, you wouldn't even need a new one yet. So what's buying a new stick of memory or a videocard or a cpu every 2-3 years? you can always get a decent gfx or cpu under 200 and memory for under 50. A good base rig is gonna last you for 6-7 years at least with one or two minor updates like that. I also like to see the gaming technology go forward. With the consoles, games are going to be the same thru the lifecycle of the console and sadly, that also affects pc games nowadays, since most games are developed console gamers in mind first. So expect nothing groundbreaking in the next 2-3 years :/
