Sorry if this topic is somewhere else. I couldn't find the answer.

I need help with how to create a link in my blogs. On my latest one, i tried to use the "insert/edit link" button that's at the top of the page where you type the blog. I entered the URL for my friend's Gamespot profile to the text i had highlighted. clicked continue and it turned the text blue in the message frame and when i published it, it was an orange button. but when i click it, it goes nowhere. it also deleted the spaces between the words on the front and back end of the link. don't know if that is significant.

anyway, i have no understanding of computer encoding or stuff like that; i'm just a gamer trying to make a functional blog. i would really appreciate some help with this so i can make my page better for anyone viewing it. just know that i'm going to have to hear very basic instructions haha.

Twisted Metal 2

Crash Bandicoot

Gran Turismo 2

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater

Devil May Cry

*Sigh* I miss the Playstation days.

Obama is a Christian, and you cannot anymore expect him to set aside his beliefs than you should expect, hypothetically, an atheist president to be sworn in on a Bible. Most, if not all, of the religious events of the inaugeration are a reflection of the President himself, and were probably done either by his request or under his consent.

And I agree with many of you, that Obama is very respectful of people of every faith, and of nonbelievers. As President, and as a public servant, Obama understands that he represents, serves, and protects all Americans, whether they are like him or not, and regardless of him and them sharing the same faith. I don't find the fact that Obama's faith is a part of himself, and a source of his confidence and courage and values should be offensive to anyone of any belief. He has been a class act up to now, and particularly in the inaugeration when it comes to embracing believers outside his faith, and committing himself to their betterment with all the power of his role in this world.

I also think the Bush administration has revealed the crucial nature of our relations with foreign nations, and that Obama has had the benefit of learning from the mistakes of his forerunner. That said, Obama will still be a Christian, and act thusly, but I do not believe that he will be so highly imposing with his Christian ideals on other countries that have deep roots in other faith traditions, which Bush seemed to do (and incidently, is not Christian behavior.)
