@spaceboy1993 you can throw all your figures in everywhere all you want to but the point is they are comparing MULTI-PLATFORM GAMES. Games that were developed by the same people for different systems at the same time meaning they look pretty much the same. i have both systems and both have their ups and both have alot of flaws but my personal favorite is 360 as far as console. now if i wanted to go all around i would say pc because it looks better and runs faster than everything on the market but at the same time you have to keep the computer up to date. everything has its flaws so people need to just get over it.
@wolfmgs Not comparable. Forza 3 came out after Grand Turismo 5 prelude and before this new one coming out. It wouldnt be a fair battle. BUT i must say Forza looks freakin great! @LordReithgar dude are you serious? um. first of all you have to take into consideration that every system reacts to every tv differently. ie. a sony ps3 will work better with a sony tv verses working with a toshiba. If they were playing the games on the same tv one system might have been at a disadvantage and I played Assassins Creed 2 on both systems on my 1080p tv and didn't see any difference. stop looking at gamespot pictures and look for yourself.
Pretty much everybody will see the games differently. Some people will like ps3 graphics over 360 and others 360 over ps3. of course ps3 is gonna look better on a SONY tv. it's all based on your set up and opinion. i don't care because i have both and a pc and if a game came out for all 3 platforms id buy the game for which ever system ran the game the smoothest.
@rugripper40 You actually made me look at this in a whole new light. I own both systems but not always does gamespot show 360 favor as with dragon age. 8.5 on 360 and 9.0 on ps3. ive come to find that some tvs actually favor the systems better. my samsung 50 inch 1080p loves the 360 but not as much the ps3 but on the other hand my toshiba 42 inch 1080p makes the same games on the 360 look like trash while the ps3 looks crisper than ever. now the fact about ps3 being more reliable is a fact. ive had 3 360s and 2 ps3s and the only reason i got another ps3 is because i wanted the slim. i only had minor problems with my old ps3 like freezing or wont connect to the net. all it required was a restart. 360 on the other hand.....2 red lights and even now my disk tray on my new one is acting stupid so ill be gettin another soon. good point man. ps3 is better to a certain degree and thats coming from a proud owner of both. and now i wait and get blasted by xbox fanbois lol

OH and another thing.....im on my third xbox 360 but im only on my second ps3 only because i wanted to get myself a ps3 slim for christmas. who cares if the graphics are better if you have a system that fails you wont be playin that game at all so get over graphical differences and play the game! point blank.
@Scarshi I agree with you man. Ps3 may have better graphics for games that are multi-platform but usually have worse framerates (ie Dragon Age Origins.) Yeah Yeah people say "noone uses the ps3s full potential".......who cares!! The systems been out for how many years and they still cant use its full potential....then that sounds like developing a game for it with "full potential" would take to long and cost to much money. Yes Ps3 does awesome with its graphics but 360 does also. Gears of War looked amazing as well as Uncharted 2. Its really a matter of opinion which one looks better, as long as a game is fun and not to buggy who cares which system has the best graphics. if you have 720p or 1080p and the games not pretty then take it back to gamestop and trade it in.
@Kenorv I have to agree with you man. We should be counting our blessings that games arent 8-bit anymore and we actually have good games thats even close to realistic, but as far as morality goes, i believe it is different from person to person. Even people of the same religion have different morality issues (ie 2 Christians 1 smokes 1 thinks its destroying the body.) Some people have problems with stuff other people don't and i think Bioware captured that almost perfectly with Dragon Age Origins. Some of the characters throughout the game will show appreciation for some of the stuff you do while others in that same situation will get upset. 1 character wants you to pretty much always be good and another likes it when you threaten priests. Games are getting better period whether they are linear or multiple choice, we have alot to be thankful for and alot to look forward to from gaming.
